I believe that education is the “fundamental method for social progress and reform,” as John Dewey once said. Therefore, I want to help each teacher discover her/his/their authentic nature, and I want to pivot the entire field of education toward a new living paradigm – a paradigm of wellbeing.

The two – the individual and the whole – are intricately intertwined. When the field of education restructures itself to truly support human development, each teacher will be liberated to think and behave according to her/his/their true nature. Likewise, when each teacher has the courage to embody her/his/their authentic nature, the whole field of education will completely change.

By focusing on the teacher, so much can change. I enjoy working with individual teachers, helping them develop into better teachers by becoming more deeply fulfilled. Thus, “Teaching for Wellbeing.”
